Article 7 Rules for the data processing and rights
- The Controller protects data in accordance with the requirements of generally applicable provisions of law, takes care of data security and respects the right to privacy.
- All data are processed only on secured servers, under the rules resulting from the generally applicable provisions of law, in particular Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (hereinafter referred to as the ‘GDPR’).
- The Controller exercises special care to protect data subjects’ interests, in particular it ensures that data collected thereby are:
- processed in accordance with law,
- collected for designated legitimate purposes and not further processed contrary to those purposes,
- substantively correct and adequate to the purposes for which they are processed and stored in a form enabling the identification of data subjects for no longer than it is necessary to achieve the purpose of processing.
